• Build your Guardian Qi — your natural inner protector — through simple Qigong movements guided by Maria Chowdhury.
• Receive gentle acupuncture point activation with Francesca Garcia Giri of Flora Roja Acupuncture, supported by healing stones and anointing oils.
• Relax into an immersive sound bath with Payton Hanby, helping you rest and absorb the shifts you’ve made.

These practices come together to create a strong sense of protection and light inside and around you. You’ll leave feeling nourished, grounded, and safe to show up fully as yourself.
